At The Book of World Records (TBWR) Online Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund, return, or exchange.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange only if:

    • They are damaged or defective upon delivery.

    • An incorrect product was sent by mistake.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Personalized or customized items (e.g., name-engraved trophies, certificates).

  • Digital/downloadable products.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours (wrong or defective item).

  • In case of international orders, customs duties/taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If your product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement or exchange for the same item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item is received.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

  • TBWR is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. International Orders

  • For customers outside India and UAE:

    • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Refunds will only cover the product price (excluding duties/taxes).
